Group
Reformer/Tower
*Note: A minimum of 3 private reformer sessions & 2 private mat
sessions are mandatory before participating in any group reformer
class.
Classes Offered (For scheduling, please visit class schedule.)
Group Reformer: This Trio Essential or Intermediate class pace is
moderate, yet challenging and will heighten body awareness, tone and
lengthen muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating
total body workout. Must have a good understanding of the basic
principles and have attended a minimum 3 private or semi-private
reformer sessions. Instructor recommendation needed to participate.
*This class is limited to 3 participants.
Express Reformer: This power-paced 1/2 hour version of the Group
Reformer is perfect for your hectic, busy schedule. This class is
offered on a first come, first serve basis! Please call ahead to
make sure there is room or call the studio to sign up for the
current week. *This class is limited to 5 participants!
