Reformer/Tower
*Note: A minimum of 4 private reformer sessions & 2 private mat
sessions are mandatory before participating in any group reformer
class.

Group Reformer: This Trio Essential or Intermediate class pace is
moderate, yet challenging and will heighten body awareness, tone and
lengthen muscles, strengthen the core and provide an invigorating
total body workout. Must have a good understanding of the basic
principles and have attended a minimum 4 private or semi-private
reformer sessions. Instructor recommendation needed to participate.

Athletic Conditioning Group Reformer: This power-paced
45-minute version of the Group
Reformer is perfect for enhancing muscle definition & sculpting
superficial muscles in addition to core strengthening! Please call ahead to
make sure there is room or call the studio to sign up for the
current week. *This class is limited to 3 participants!
ReformerJUMP! This exciting, cardio based
reformer class is perfect for those of you looking to add a
little fun to your class and work the heart in addition to your core
muscles! We will either jump on the rebounders or the Pilates
Jump Board for a circuit training workout like no other! Up for an
adventure, try this class out!!
