Guidelines & Recommendations
If you are taking a class with us for the first time, Welcome! We
are happy to have you join our studio! The following information
will help you to get the most out of your Pilates & Pedaling
experience. If you are interested in joining our group classes,
please note that group classes are fitness-based, and are not
intended or designed for rehabilitation. Please sign up and join
classes that are best suited for your physical capabilities.
Our initial 55 minute Introduction to the Fundamentals of Pilates is
a prerequisite to all private and group classes. It is provided to
introduce you to the language and basic concepts of the “Core or
Powerhouse” the Pilates Method utilizes. This session is essential
to design a program based on your personal body assessment and
evaluation of your specific goals and needs. This special, first
visit rate is only $39!!!
Prior to registration, all paperwork and initial assessments must be
completed. Please call in advance to schedule this initial

Studio Etiquette

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early if you have never been to our
studio before.

Please arrive on time for classes out of respect for the
instructor and other students.

NO outdoor shoes are permitted past our front foyer! Please wear
separate shoes that have never hit the pavement in spinning or
personal training classes.

If you are uncomfortable attending your classes barefoot, we
suggest you purchase a pair of socks with sticky grips on the sole.
This will prevent you from slipping during movements on the mat.

Please refrain from gum chewing in our studio.

Please refrain from wearing lotions or perfumes. The lotion may
cause you to slip and along with perfumes, may be offensive to other
students.
