We pride ourselves in the unique focus we’ve created at Pilates @ the Mill by combining the best that Pilates has to offer along with personal training, Cardiolates & your favorite combination of moves from bootcamp, tai chi, strength training and more!

 

 

Spring Schedule March 1st thru May 28th, 2010

You may jump into a session at any time.
All classes are between 45 and 60 minutes long.

**Please note:  Class schedule is based on 8 week sessions.  drop in cards only, no sign ups required. Drop in cards expire 8 weeks after the date of purchase.  Please purchase the number of drop in classes accordingly.

*All reformer classes will vary from week to week and will include the following repertoires unless marked otherwise: appropriate for all levels who have completed the minimum 5 private requirements.

  • Athletic Conditioning
  • JumpBoard Circuit
  • Traditional Essential/Intermediate Reformer
  • Reformer/Chair/Tower Circuit

Sign Ups required!  24 hours notice is required to cancel.  If these conditions have not been met, $25 will be charged to your account, regardless of cost per class.  A minimum of 2 participants is required to run the class.
