Our Mission Statement:
We
pride ourselves in the unique focus we've created at Pilates @ the Mill
by combining the best that Pilates has to offer along
with a fusion of other movement methods including traditional
personal training, yoga, tai chi & so much more!
Our goal here is to provide a safe and effective workout for any
age, body type or fitness level. Our Pilates
instructors are all
trained in the STOTT Method of Pilates, which uses a contemporary
approach to the original teachings of Joseph H. Pilates. Our
individualized programs and personalized attention will listen to
the intelligence of your body while creating the results that you
are looking for. With lives as hectic as they are today, creating a
balance in life is a challenge. We strive to create a soothing and
comforting atmosphere, a challenging and powerful workout for the
body and for the mind and an overall exercise experience! We welcome
