What is SPINNING®?
If you are new to Spinning, check out the Getting Started page
SPINNING® is a moderate to high intensity workout for people of all
ages and fitness levels. An indoor cycling class set to music,
riders control their own intensity by adjusting speed and resistance
load to meet their individual needs. A typical 45-minute SPINNING®
workout can burn up to 650 calories! Our Instructors are all
certified by Mad Dogg Athletics - the original program as designed
by Johnny G., creator of the SPINNING® Program!

SPINNING®:
Pure SPINNING® class! Be challenged as your instructor begins by
taking you on a nice leisurely stroll, through some hills and
valleys, up the steepest mountain and back down again, over bumps
and well, you just never know what to expect! As with any SPINNING®
class, you adjust the level of resistance and pace. The ride is
between 45 to 50 minutes long and there will be a stretch series
ending your class.
*This class is limited to 10 participants.
CoreSPIN®:
Begin with with 30 minutes on the bike (SPINNING® for description)
and finish with a sculpting Pilates mat class utilizing bands,
balls, circles, etc and end your hour for a total body workout
experience! Incorporating cardio and strength has never been this
fun!
